Kākau Moʻolelo : Hawaiian Culture & History
Kākau Moʻolelo translates to “write history” and is a secondary (6-12 grade) Social Studies and ELA project-based course. This course is one of 3 Modules: Hawaiian Culture & History, U.S Culture and History, and World Culture and History. All lessons are pre-recorded and taught by Kumu Maile and include all the worksheets needed. This writing project-based course explores social studies content through the writing process and exploration of various writing genres. Each unit ends with a final published piece of writing and hōʻike presentation. [Includes 1 year of access]
